MOQ is 300 pieces per style per colour for most cut-and-sew garments. Knitwear runs at 500 pieces per style because of yarn minimums. For first collections we can mix sizes freely within each colour.
Yes. Send the physical garment and our pattern room will deconstruct it, draft the pattern and build a measurement spec for your approval. Development takes about one week longer than starting from a complete tech pack.
Sampling takes 7 to 12 days per round. Bulk production runs 25 to 35 days after sample and lab dip approval, depending on quantity and decoration. Sea freight to the US or Europe adds 30 to 40 days, air freight 5 to 8 days.
30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance after you receive the final AQL 2.5 inspection report, before shipment. We accept T/T and, for repeat customers, LC at sight on larger programs.
Yes. We source GOTS certified organic cotton and GRS certified recycled polyester and nylon through audited mills, and can supply scope certificates and transaction certificates for your own certification claims.
Tell us the category, quantity and target date. Attach a tech pack if you have one, a merchandiser replies within one working day with a costed quote or the questions we need answered.
