AXISMILL designs and builds vertical machining centers, 5 axis CNC machines, CNC lathes and gantry mills in Suzhou. Every machine leaves the plant with a laser calibration report and a ball bar plot, ready to cut on day one.
Four platforms cover most milling and turning work. Each is configured to your parts, with Fanuc, Siemens or Mitsubishi control, and tested with a run-off you approve before shipment.

AM-V856
Box-column VMC on a stress-relieved casting. The workhorse for molds, fixtures and batch parts in steel and aluminum.

AM-U650
Trunnion-table universal machining center for impellers, aerospace frames and medical parts that need one-setup accuracy.

AM-T520
Slant-bed CNC turning center with optional live tooling and bar feeder, sized for shafts, flanges and chucked work.

AM-G2340
Double-column gantry for large molds, frames and plates. Horizontal machining center variants available for box parts.
A machining center is only as good as its structure and assembly. These four disciplines decide how our machines hold tolerance year after year.
Resin sand cast iron bases and columns, aged and stress-relieved before machining, with ribbing sized by FEA.
Hand-scraped box ways for heavy cutting, roller linear guideways for fast positioning. We fit what your parts need.
Spindles are built and balanced in a temperature-controlled cell, then run in and monitored for vibration before fitting.
Pitch error and thermal compensation are mapped on every machine, not just on request. The maps ship with the machine.

Both reports are shipped with the machine and repeated on site after installation, so the numbers you sign off in Suzhou are the numbers on your floor.
From single-cavity molds to pallet lines running around the clock, these are the industries where AXISMILL machines earn their keep.

Cavity and core work in P20 and H13, deep pockets with long tools.

Impellers, blisks and structural frames cut in one setup on 5 axis.

Housings and brackets at takt time, with probing and auto offsets.

Titanium implants and instruments with mirror finishes off the machine.

Thin-wall enclosures and heat sinks with tight cosmetic standards.

Flanges, valve bodies and pump parts in stainless and duplex steel.
42,000 m² in Suzhou, from casting storage to final test. Keeping the critical steps under one roof is how delivery dates hold and tolerances stay honest.
A clear path from your part drawings to a machine cutting in your shop. Typical door-to-door time is 45 to 90 days depending on configuration.
Send part drawings and volumes. Our engineers propose machine, workholding and cycle time within 3 days.
Control brand, spindle, magazine and options locked in a written spec you approve before anything is built.
Assembly with staged photos, laser and ball bar tests recorded, geometry protocol signed by QC.
The machine cuts your material to your print. You witness it in person or live on camera and sign off.
Our engineers level, recalibrate and hand over on your floor, then train your operators for up to a week.
Three deliveries from the past year, with the numbers their owners quote back to us.

3 x AM-V856 with probing replaced two older machines. First-article time on cavity plates dropped 31% and finish passes now run unattended overnight.

Four AM-T520 turning centers with bar feeders, ordered to a takt deadline. Shipped day 58, cutting production housings 11 days after arrival.

An AM-U650 impeller cell for a shop new to 5 axis. On-site training covered CAM posts and probing routines. First accepted impeller in 12 days.
The questions buyers ask before ordering a machining center from us.
Yes. All platforms are wired for Fanuc, Siemens or Mitsubishi. We recommend based on what your programmers and local service network already know, and both quote options are priced side by side.
Send us the part family. As a rule of thumb: verticals for molds and general parts, horizontals for box parts needing four-side access and pallet changers, gantries when the part outgrows a 1,000 mm table. We reply with a cycle time estimate for each viable option.
Every machine gets a laser interferometer test for positioning and repeatability plus a ball bar circular test, both to ISO 230. The protocols are signed, shipped with the machine and repeated on your floor after installation.
Our engineers handle unloading supervision, leveling, geometry recheck, laser recalibration and control setup, then train operators and maintenance staff for up to five days. Most sites are cutting production parts within two weeks of arrival.
Standard configurations ship in 45 to 60 days. Five axis machines and gantry mills with custom travels run 75 to 90 days. The date is written into the contract, and our on-time rate over the past three years is 96%.
18 months on the machine, 24 on the spindle. Wear and electrical spares are stocked in Suzhou with 48-hour dispatch, and control parts are sourced through Fanuc and Siemens global networks, so nothing waits on a slow boat.
Send drawings or a spec list. Within 3 working days you get a machine recommendation, cycle time estimate and budget quote from an engineer, not a form letter.
