  • In-House Spindle Assembly

    Spindles are built and balanced in a temperature-controlled cell, then run in and monitored for vibration before fitting.

  • Compensation as Standard

    Pitch error and thermal compensation are mapped on every machine, not just on request. The maps ship with the machine.

Can I choose Fanuc, Siemens or Mitsubishi control?

Yes. All platforms are wired for Fanuc, Siemens or Mitsubishi. We recommend based on what your programmers and local service network already know, and both quote options are priced side by side.

How do I choose between a vertical, horizontal or gantry machine?

Send us the part family. As a rule of thumb: verticals for molds and general parts, horizontals for box parts needing four-side access and pallet changers, gantries when the part outgrows a 1,000 mm table. We reply with a cycle time estimate for each viable option.

How is accuracy verified before shipment?

Every machine gets a laser interferometer test for positioning and repeatability plus a ball bar circular test, both to ISO 230. The protocols are signed, shipped with the machine and repeated on your floor after installation.

What does installation and training include?

Our engineers handle unloading supervision, leveling, geometry recheck, laser recalibration and control setup, then train operators and maintenance staff for up to five days. Most sites are cutting production parts within two weeks of arrival.

What is the typical delivery time?

Standard configurations ship in 45 to 60 days. Five axis machines and gantry mills with custom travels run 75 to 90 days. The date is written into the contract, and our on-time rate over the past three years is 96%.

What about warranty and spare parts?

18 months on the machine, 24 on the spindle. Wear and electrical spares are stocked in Suzhou with 48-hour dispatch, and control parts are sourced through Fanuc and Siemens global networks, so nothing waits on a slow boat.
