From Yarn to Finished Roll, Under One Roof

VERDATEX is a vertically integrated textile manufacturer in Suzhou, China. Yarn twisting, jacquard weaving, dyeing, finishing and inspection happen on one site, which is why our lead times hold and our colour lots match.

Our design studio releases two upholstery collections a year and re-drafts customer artwork for the loom, while the lab checks every batch for rub, pilling and light fastness before it ships.

What buyers ask before the first order, answered straight

How do I clean upholstery fabric?

Vacuum weekly with a soft brush head and blot spills immediately, never rub. Most of our polyester qualities are W/S code: clean with water-based foam or a mild solvent. We supply care labels and cleaning codes with every article, and stain-resistant finishes are available on request.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Bulk MOQ is 300 meters per colour for running qualities and 800 meters for custom jacquard designs. Orders can mix articles and colours to fill a container, and stock-supported items ship from 1 roll for repeat customers.

Can you develop custom designs and colours?

Yes. Send artwork, a reference swatch or even a photo. Our studio re-drafts it for the loom, sends a strike-off within 7 to 10 days, and matches colours to your Pantone reference with lab dips before bulk weaving starts.

What is recycled polyester (rPET) fabric?

rPET fabric is woven from yarn spun out of post-consumer plastic bottles. Ours is GRS certified with transaction certificates for every shipment, and it performs like virgin polyester in rub and light-fastness tests, so you can switch a running article without re-engineering the sofa.
