Four Filling Technologies

The right technology follows your liquid. Viscosity, foam and particles decide the valve, not the other way round.

Gravity Filling

Free-flowing thin liquids such as water, wine and solvents fill by level under gravity. Simple valves, easy cleaning, gentle on foaming products.

Piston Filling

A cylinder draws and pushes a fixed volume. The choice for sauce, paste, honey and creams, including products with soft particles.

Pump Filling

Gear or rotor pumps meter medium-viscosity liquids like shampoo, detergent and syrup. Speed and volume adjust from the HMI per recipe.

Overflow Filling

Every bottle fills to the same visual level, which keeps shelf rows uniform for clear glass. Suited to thin and lightly foaming liquids.

Built for What You Fill

The same platform is dressed differently for each liquid: contact parts, sealing and cleaning follow the product.

From Tank to Pallet

A filling machine rarely works alone. We plan the whole bottling line around your bottle, cap and label, then build and test it as one system.

Plan My Line
  1. 01

    Rinsing

Bottles are rinsed with filtered water or ionized air before they meet the product.

  2. 02

    Filling

Gravity, piston, pump or overflow valves dose your liquid by level, volume or weight.

  3. 03

    Capping

Caps are sorted, placed and tightened to a set torque so every seal is repeatable.

  4. 04

    Labeling

Wrap-around or front-back labels are applied and smoothed at line speed.

  5. 05

    Case Packing

Finished bottles are grouped into cartons or shrink packs, ready for the pallet.

A Workshop You Can Audit

FLUENTEC designs and builds filling machines for beverage, food, cosmetic and chemical factories. Frames are welded and machined in house, valves are assembled in a clean bay, and every machine runs a wet test with your bottle and your liquid before it ships.

You are welcome to join the acceptance test in person or on a live video call, and the same engineers stay with you through installation and daily production.

  • In-house frame and valve manufacturing
  • Wet test with your product before shipment
  • Engineer support through installation and after

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions buyers ask before choosing a filling machine.

What is a filling machine?

A filling machine doses a product into containers at a set level, volume or weight. Depending on the liquid it uses gravity, piston, pump or overflow valves, and it usually works in line with capping and labeling machines.

How do I choose between gravity, piston and pump filling?

Start from viscosity. Thin, free-flowing liquids suit gravity or overflow valves. Thick sauces and creams need a piston. Shampoo-like products in between run best on pump filling. Send a product sample and we confirm the valve with a test fill.

Can one machine handle different bottle sizes?

Yes. Change parts adapt the star wheels, guides and nozzles to each bottle. Swapping a format is a routine task for one operator, and we supply a labeled change part set for every bottle you run.

How is a filling line delivered and installed?

Machines are wet tested in our workshop, then packed in export frames. On arrival our engineers commission the line on site or guide your team by video, run it with your product and train your operators before handover.
