Ask a QuestionA pump pressurizes oil and sends it into a cylinder, where it pushes a piston. Because force equals pressure times piston area, a modest pump can generate hundreds of tons at the ram. Valves control direction, depth and return speed, which is exactly the chain shown in our How It Works section above.
Price follows tonnage, bed size, stroke and the control package. A standard C-frame press costs a fraction of a four-column deep drawing line with servo control. Send your part drawing or the specification of the machine you are replacing, and we return an itemized quotation within one working day.
Anywhere a controlled force has to be held through a stroke: stamping and blanking sheet metal, deep drawing sinks and cookware, molding composites and rubber, pressing bearings and bushings, straightening shafts, and baling scrap. The frame type and tooling change with the job, the working principle stays the same.
Most stoppages trace back to seals, valves or the pump, all of which we keep on the shelf and ship worldwide. Our engineers diagnose remotely over video against the hydraulic circuit drawing supplied with your machine, and dispatch on site when hands are needed.
