    Sea freight in vacuum foil, engineer on site for leveling, first cut and operator training in 5 to 7 days.

What is a fiber laser cutting machine best at?

Fiber lasers cut conductive sheet and tube metals: carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, brass and copper. Compared with CO2 they use around one third of the electricity, need no mirror alignment and cut reflective metals safely. For non-metals like acrylic or wood, CO2 remains the right tool.

IPG or Raycus source, which should I choose?

IPG offers the longest service record and is worth the premium for 24/7 production in markets where downtime is expensive. Raycus and MAX have closed most of the reliability gap at 30 to 40 percent lower cost and we stock spares for both. We quote your machine both ways so you can see the payback math.

What does installation and training involve?

You prepare foundation, power and gas supply to our site checklist. Our engineer levels the bed, aligns the beam, verifies accuracy with a laser interferometer, then trains your operators on nesting, piercing parameters and daily maintenance. Typical installation is 5 to 7 working days.

How do you support machines after warranty?

Remote access to the CypCut controller for diagnostics, consumables and spare parts from Suzhou and our EU warehouse within 72 hours, and paid engineer visits at fixed day rates. Sources carry their own 3 to 5 year manufacturer warranty independent of the machine.

Can you cut test our parts before we order?

Yes, and you should insist on it with any supplier. Send DXF files and material specs, we cut them on the exact configuration we quote, film the run, and mail you the parts so your QC can measure edges and tolerances themselves.
