Materials and Jobs We Print For

One machinery group, four converter segments we quote every week

Printed film rolls and stand-up pouches for flexible packaging

Flexible Packaging

Stand-up pouches, snack film and sachets on PET, BOPP and PE. Gravure for long runs, CI flexo for mid volume with faster changeovers between designs.

Rolls of printed pressure-sensitive labels

Labels & Stickers

Pressure-sensitive labels for food, cosmetics and logistics on narrow-web flexo, plus digital presses for short runs and serialized codes.

Folding cartons printed with muted patterns

Frequently Asked Questions

What converters ask before their first press order, answered straight

What is a flexographic printing machine?

Flexographic printing uses flexible photopolymer plates on rotating cylinders to transfer ink from an anilox roller onto web substrates such as film, paper and foil. It dominates flexible packaging and labels because it runs fast, handles non-absorbent materials and changes over faster than gravure.

Should I choose flexo or gravure for packaging film?

Gravure wins on very long runs, above roughly 10 to 15 tonnes per design, because cylinder engraving cost spreads over volume. CI flexo suits mid-volume work, shorter runs and frequent changeovers. We quote both against your annual tonnage and SKU count.

How long do delivery and installation take?

A standard 6 to 8 color flexo ships 45 to 60 days after order confirmation, and sea freight adds 25 to 40 days. On-site assembly and commissioning takes 7 to 14 days for a single press and 3 to 4 weeks for a complete print, slit and die cut line.

Do you supply complete converting lines?

Yes. We integrate printing with lamination, slitting, rewinding and die cutting under one controls system and one project manager. You receive a single layout drawing, one FAT report and one warranty instead of coordinating four vendors.

What after-sales support do you provide?

Remote VPN diagnostics, video troubleshooting, stocked anilox rolls, doctor blades and drive parts shipped within 72 hours, plus annual maintenance visits under contract. Every machine ships with English manuals and electrical schematics.
