What tube sizes and materials can your machines bend?

The range covers Ø6 to 219 mm in carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, copper and titanium. Thin-wall stainless down to 0.8 mm bends with mandrel and wiper die support; heavy schedule pipe up to 14 mm wall runs on the hydraulic NC machines. Send your tube spec and we confirm the exact machine and tooling set.

Can you bend square and rectangular tube?

Yes. Square, rectangular and oval sections run on the CNC benders with profiled dies that support the flats through the bend, and on the roll benders for large arcs. Fitness and furniture customers bend 50×70 oval and 40×40 square daily without section collapse.

How do you prevent wrinkles on thin-wall tight-radius bends?

Wrinkling is controlled by the mandrel and wiper die, not by slowing the machine down. We match mandrel ball count and wiper rake to your wall factor and centerline radius, then prove it during the bend trial. At 0.8D CLR on 1 mm stainless the inside of the bend stays smooth enough for polished handrail work.

Do you run bending trials before we order?

Always, and you should insist on it from any supplier. Send drawings or a sample part, we bend it on the quoted machine, film the full cycle and courier the parts to you with a dimensional report. The trial is free for standard tube specs.

What tooling comes with the machine, and how fast are changeovers?

Each machine ships with tooling for the parts quoted: bend die, clamp, pressure die, wiper and mandrel, machined in-house and test-fitted at FAT. Extra sets from your drawings take about 3 weeks. Quick-lock tooling swaps in roughly 15 minutes, and the program library recalls all axis positions per part number.
