Six Valve Families, One Casting Source

Every body and bonnet starts in our own foundry, so pattern changes, special alloys and non-standard face-to-face dimensions stay under our control.

From Our Own Foundry to Your Flange

Most valve suppliers buy castings. We pour them. Owning the foundry removes the longest lead time and the biggest quality risk in valve manufacturing.

  1. Step 1

    Casting

Patterns, molding and pouring in-house. Spectrometer check on every heat before it leaves the ladle.

  2. Step 2

    Machining

Flanges, seats and stem bores machined on CNC centers. Face-to-face held to ASME B16.10.

  3. Step 3

    Assembly

Lapped seats, live-loaded packing on request, torque-controlled bolting in a dust-managed bay.

  4. Step 4

    Testing

API 598 shell and seat tests, then coating, marking and export packing with full documentation.

Every Valve Tested at 1.5x Rated Pressure

No sampling plans, no skipped serial numbers. Each valve holds shell pressure at 1.5 times its rating and seat pressure at 1.1 times before it gets a nameplate.

  • EN 10204 3.1 material certificates traceable to the heat
  • Hydro test report and dimensional report shipped with every order
  • RT / UT / MT on pressure-retaining castings for Class 900 and above
  • SGS, BV or your own inspector welcome at final inspection

Built for Hard Services

Media, pressure and temperature decide the valve, not the catalog page. Tell us the service and we quote body, trim and seat to match.

Oil & Gas

API 6D pipeline ball and gate valves, sour service trims to NACE MR0175, fire safe certified.

Wellhead, transmission, refining

Water & Wastewater

Resilient seat gate and butterfly valves, epoxy coated ductile iron, drinking water compliant rubbers.

Intake, treatment, distribution

Power Generation

Pressure seal gate and globe valves for main steam and feedwater, WC9 and F91 bodies up to 600 C.

Boiler, turbine bypass, drains

Chemical Processing

CF8M and duplex stainless steel valves, PTFE lined butterfly valves, ISO 15848 fugitive emission stems.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions buyers ask before the first purchase order, answered straight.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For standard specifications there is no minimum, one valve ships fine. For special alloys or non-standard face-to-face dimensions we quote a minimum casting batch, usually 4 to 10 bodies depending on pattern size.

Can you manufacture to our drawings or a sample?

Yes. We build new patterns in 3 to 5 weeks from your drawings, sample valve or even a worn valve you send us. Reverse engineering includes material analysis so the replacement matches or upgrades the original.

Which certificates come with the valves?

Every order ships with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, API 598 hydro test reports and a dimensional report. CE marking under PED 2014/68/EU, fire safe API 607 and ISO 15848 certificates are available where the design is covered.

What are your typical lead times?

Stocked standard valves ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Production orders run 6 to 10 weeks including casting, and 12 to 14 weeks for pressure seal or Class 2500 designs. We confirm the schedule line by line with the quote.

Do you accept third party inspection?

Yes, SGS, BV, TUV or your own engineer. We send the inspection and test plan in advance, hold points included, and schedule the final test so witnesses see shell, seat and functional tests in one visit.

Send Your Valve List

Attach your MTO, datasheet or just the line list. A valve engineer, not a sales bot, replies within one working day with prices and lead times.

Helpful to include: valve type, size and class, body and trim material, end connection, quantity and destination port.
