Ball Valves
Floating and trunnion mounted, two-piece and three-piece bodies. Full bore for pigging lines, fire safe to API 607.
VALCAST casts, machines, assembles and tests industrial valves under one roof in Suzhou. Six valve families from DN15 to DN1200, Class 150 to 2500, delivered with material certificates and hydro test reports.
Every body and bonnet starts in our own foundry, so pattern changes, special alloys and non-standard face-to-face dimensions stay under our control.

Floating and trunnion mounted, two-piece and three-piece bodies. Full bore for pigging lines, fire safe to API 607.

API 600 bolted bonnet, rising stem, flexible or solid wedge. WCB, LCB and CF8M bodies with 13Cr or full stainless trim.

Wafer, lug and double flanged. Concentric resilient seat or triple offset metal seat for steam and hot oil service.

Swing, dual plate and piston types. Bolted or pressure seal bonnet, optional counterweight and damper for surge lines.

T-pattern and Y-pattern for throttling and shut-off. Plug or parabolic disc, stellited seats for high temperature drops.

Pneumatic globe control valves with positioner, sized to your Cv and noise limits. Stainless steel valves for corrosive media.
Most valve suppliers buy castings. We pour them. Owning the foundry removes the longest lead time and the biggest quality risk in valve manufacturing.
Patterns, molding and pouring in-house. Spectrometer check on every heat before it leaves the ladle.
Flanges, seats and stem bores machined on CNC centers. Face-to-face held to ASME B16.10.
Lapped seats, live-loaded packing on request, torque-controlled bolting in a dust-managed bay.
API 598 shell and seat tests, then coating, marking and export packing with full documentation.
No sampling plans, no skipped serial numbers. Each valve holds shell pressure at 1.5 times its rating and seat pressure at 1.1 times before it gets a nameplate.
Media, pressure and temperature decide the valve, not the catalog page. Tell us the service and we quote body, trim and seat to match.
API 6D pipeline ball and gate valves, sour service trims to NACE MR0175, fire safe certified.
Wellhead, transmission, refiningResilient seat gate and butterfly valves, epoxy coated ductile iron, drinking water compliant rubbers.
Intake, treatment, distributionPressure seal gate and globe valves for main steam and feedwater, WC9 and F91 bodies up to 600 C.
Boiler, turbine bypass, drainsCF8M and duplex stainless steel valves, PTFE lined butterfly valves, ISO 15848 fugitive emission stems.
Acids, solvents, chlor-alkaliThree orders that show the range: refinery revamp, municipal water plant and a coal-fired power unit.

412 API 600 gate valves, DN80 to DN500, Class 300 and 600, WCB with 13Cr trim, delivered in 14 weeks with SGS witness testing.

260 double flanged butterfly valves with gear operators, DN200 to DN1200, PN16, epoxy coating 250 micron, EPDM seats.

96 pressure seal globe and gate valves, Class 1500 and 2500, WC9 bodies, stellited seats, RT on all pressure castings.
The questions buyers ask before the first purchase order, answered straight.
For standard specifications there is no minimum, one valve ships fine. For special alloys or non-standard face-to-face dimensions we quote a minimum casting batch, usually 4 to 10 bodies depending on pattern size.
Yes. We build new patterns in 3 to 5 weeks from your drawings, sample valve or even a worn valve you send us. Reverse engineering includes material analysis so the replacement matches or upgrades the original.
Every order ships with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, API 598 hydro test reports and a dimensional report. CE marking under PED 2014/68/EU, fire safe API 607 and ISO 15848 certificates are available where the design is covered.
Stocked standard valves ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Production orders run 6 to 10 weeks including casting, and 12 to 14 weeks for pressure seal or Class 2500 designs. We confirm the schedule line by line with the quote.
Yes, SGS, BV, TUV or your own engineer. We send the inspection and test plan in advance, hold points included, and schedule the final test so witnesses see shell, seat and functional tests in one visit.
Attach your MTO, datasheet or just the line list. A valve engineer, not a sales bot, replies within one working day with prices and lead times.
Helpful to include: valve type, size and class, body and trim material, end connection, quantity and destination port.
