CNC Milling Services
3 and 4 axis vertical machining centers for housings, plates, manifolds and brackets. Pockets, threads and O-ring grooves cut to print.
Envelope 1,100 x 600 x 600 mm ・ Ra 0.8 finish
Send us a drawing or a STEP file. Our machine shop mills and turns aluminum, steel, stainless and engineering plastics to your print, then ships with inspection reports. One piece or fifty thousand.
Three machining cells under one roof, so multi-process parts do not travel between vendors. Fixtures, tooling and programs stay in-house for repeat runs.

Live-tooling lathes with bar feeders for shafts, pins, bushings and fittings. Turn-mill in one setup keeps concentricity tight.
Ø2 to Ø350 mm ・ length up to 800 mm

Simultaneous 5 axis for impellers, angled manifolds and complex aerospace geometry. Fewer setups, truer positions.
Table Ø630 mm ・ position true 0.015 mm
Standard covers most fits and housings. Precision is for bearing seats, sealing faces and press fits, machined on our newest cells and verified on CMM.
| Feature | Standard | Precision |
|---|---|---|
| Linear dimensions | ±0.05 mm | ±0.01 mm |
| Hole diameters | H9 | H7 |

Stocked in-house with mill certificates on file. Aluminum CNC machining is our highest volume, stainless and engineering plastics run daily.
The same team quotes your prototype and runs your production release, so nothing is re-learned between one part and one thousand.
STEP, IGES or PDF prints. NDA signed first on request.
An engineer flags thin walls, deep pockets and tolerance cost drivers.
Firm pricing by quantity break, with lead time for each option.
Programmed, fixtured and cut. First article measured before the run.
CMM and gauge checks per the print, reports attached to the shipment.
Foam trays or VCI bags, DHL, air or sea, with tracking the same day.
Every custom machined part is checked against the print, not against a sample. Reports travel with the parts so your incoming inspection is a formality, not a discovery.
ISO 9001:2015 certified ・ 0.3% customer reject rate across 2025
Six sectors make up most of our order book. If your part looks like these, we have machined something close to it.
Actuator housings, gripper fingers, sensor mounts.
Frame plates, camera gimbals, lightweight brackets.
Uprights, billet brackets, test-rig fixtures.
Instrument components, housings, implant tooling.
Lens mounts, stages, vacuum fixture plates.
Gears, couplings, spare parts for legacy machines.
Three jobs off the floor this quarter, with the numbers that mattered to the buyer.
Milled 6061 housings with EMI grooves, blue anodize matched to a PANTONE reference across lots.
Turned and ground 304 shafts, Ø35 H7 bearing seats, keyways and circlip grooves per DIN.
C360 blocks with cross-drilled ports, NPT and BSPP threads, 100% pressure tested at 250 bar.
What buyers ask before the first purchase order. Anything else, send it with your drawing.
One piece. Prototype machining runs on the same machines as production, and your program and fixtures are kept on file, so the repeat order is cheaper than the first.
A STEP or IGES model is enough for most parts. If tolerances, threads or finishes matter, attach a PDF drawing. We reply within 24 hours with pricing and DFM notes.
±0.05 mm is standard across the shop. Critical features go to ±0.01 mm, hole fits to H7, and we will tell you at quote stage if a callout drives cost so you can decide.
Yes. We sign your NDA before files are shared, drawings live on an access-controlled server, and we never show customer parts in marketing without written permission.
Standard shipments include a dimensional report on agreed features. FAI, CMM full reports, material certs and finish certificates are available, priced into the quote.
Anodizing, black oxide, passivation, plating and powder coat run through audited local partners under our QC. Light assembly, inserts and kitting are done in-house.
Attach your drawing or describe the part. A machining engineer, not a sales inbox, reads every inquiry and replies with pricing, lead time and DFM notes.
